Congregation Beth Adam joined the Climate Strike to demand climate change now! The threat of climate change is a humanist issue and it’s time for us—as a community—to confront it head on. CBA joined the American Humanist Association members, youth groups and student strikers for one of the largest climate mobilizations in US history. We took to the streets to show our elected leaders that we demand meaningful action on climate change now. The threat of climate change is a humanist issue and it’s time for us—as a community—to confront it head on.
CBA joined with Mom's Demand Action and thousands of other Americans who wore Orange to recognize National Gun Violence Awareness Day. CBA feels it is important to speak out for the safety of our children and everyone who
has been impacted by gun violence. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and NEVER AGAIN! were the cry. Let’s hope this is true.
CBA members participate in the Reason Rally at Dreher Park, West Palm Beach. It is a celebration of atheist, humanist, and secular identity and to demonstrate the power of the secular voting bloc. We support fact-driven public policy, the value of critical thinking, and the voting power of secular Americans.
